Kundalini and
Self Realization |
- Kundalini
is the power of pure desire within us (reflection of Adi Shakti,
Holy Ghost), and lies dormant in three and half coils at the
base of the spinal cord, in the triangular bone called “sacrum”
(sacred bone).
- When
Kundalini is awakened, it ascends and activates six subtle
chakras and piercing through Brahmarandhra, it unites with
the all pervading cosmic energy. With this actualization in
the limbic area of the brain, cool vibrations start flowing
from both palms and the top of the head.
- Self
Realization
is the awakening of Kundalini through Central channel (Sushumna),
piercing the 7 chakras and emerging
through “fontanelle”
bone (little fountain) area at the top of the head.
