Welcome to the Sahaja Yoga Newsletter Submission Guide!
This page will help you submit content for our monthly newsletter. Follow the instructions below for each section. You can submit photos, event details, stories, artwork, trivia, and resources.

Pics and Stories from Realization Programs, Weekly Meditation Classes and more
If you attended a program recently, we would love to see it through your eyes. Send 3 to 5 photos along with a few sentences describing the moments captured, a puja, or a meditation circle that touched your heart.

We have set up a Google Form to make submissions simple and organized. Please use the form to submit your contributions.
