Join our classes to learn to meditate in seven weeks

During the course, you will learn how to meditate and bring balance to your life!

Our classes teach Sahaja Yoga, a method of meditation easily learned by all ages.

It can be done on a chair or the ground with no physical activity.

Each class will include the following:

  • a short presentation about the topic of the day

  • short video

  • learning and experimenting with different meditation techniques

  • quiet meditation

The classes will be in-person or online, depending on your location.
