What Is Meditation?
Meditation is not about controlling your mind, it’s about reconnecting with the stillness that already exists inside you.
Sahaja Yoga meditation works by gently awakening your inner energy (called Kundalini), allowing you to enter a natural state of silence and awareness. This state is called thoughtless awareness, where your thoughts pause, and your attention becomes balanced and clear.
