At Your Lotus Feet
Heart to Heart with our Divine Mother
Shri Mataji, our Divine Mother, we bow at Your lotus feet in reverence and complete faith this Navaratri. Please bless all Your children of the world with the qualities of love, compassion, and unquestionable faith. May the love and affection among all fellow Sahaja yogis strengthen. Mother, please imbibe within us Your divine attributes and auspiciousness. May we all walk together on the path You have shown. Oh, Adi Shakti, strengthen within us the virtues and traits of Shri Mahakali, that we overcome our past conditionings and negativities. Bless us with the qualities of Shri Mahasaraswati: creativity and strength of knowledge and wisdom. May the Shri Mahalaxmi principle be awakened within us. May peace and containment be present in our lives. Oh, Shri Durga, grant fearlessness in our hearts so that with every bold step Your principles and teachings become our guide. May yogis face the wrongs of this world with Your strength and courage. Let the power of discretion always keep us on the right side of the fence. May You destroy all impurities and destructiveness from our lives. Grant us the capabilities to overcome our ego and super ego so that we may be humble, pure, and innocent. Connect us to the Param Chaitanya collective consciousness. Keep us always in Your protection behind the shield of our unshakeable faith. Oh, Divine Mother, during these Navaratris, when You are with yogis on earth, make us auspicious and free us from the bondage of fear and worry. May all yogis' homes be filled with Your kindness and treasures of ascent. Oh, Devi, protect us from evil and let us remain beneath the umbrella of Your love, kindness, and compassion. Mother, grant me Your enlightenment and strengthen my Self-realization. Oh, compassionate Goddess, please let us remain in surrender and gratitude at Your lotus feet forever.

The village, the castle and the vibrations

It had been 14 years since I was last in Cabella, so I expected to see huge changes. But apparently, time ticks a little slower in mountain villages. At first glance, it looked as though almost nothing had changed. Well… almost.
The village square had gained a few new businesses, and someone had painted a new line on the street to make it clearer where you’re actually allowed to park. The famous Bar Italia had new flooring – and, most importantly, an extra shelf.
Palazzo Doria was still sitting majestically above the village, looking down from its noble perch, just as it had all those years ago. But there was one change you couldn’t miss if you paid attention to the vibrations: around 200 yogis now live here permanently. And that has certainly made a difference to the atmosphere of the village. Glenn, my husband, and I arrived two weeks before the Puja celebrations began. That gave us plenty of time to adjust to temperatures in the 30s, reconnect with old yogi friends who now live here, enjoy peaceful daily foot soaks in the Borbera River and, of course, spend time meditating in the castle. The castle was – and still is – a true haven of vibrations. The moment you walk through the door, you feel embraced. And once you sit down in the meditation room, which is open to all yogis, it feels as though you are already in Sahasrara. How long you want to remain in that state of bliss is entirely up to you. For me, the longest meditation lasted two hours. Mostly because my leg fell asleep. The yogis who live there go to great lengths to keep everything immaculate. Fresh flowers are always arranged around Shri Mataji’s picture, and a glass display case holds some of the many crowns that were offered to and worn by our Holy Mother during various Puja ceremonies. It is certainly one of those places where you don’t really need to do anything. You simply sit down, put your attention up, and let the vibrations do the rest. But our two weeks of relative leisure ended as soon as the camp opened for the first wave of yogis. There was an Inner Growth Seminar the week before Shri Krishna Puja, and suddenly getting a cappuccino at Bar Italia took a little longer. And then there was the small matter that we had to move a lot. When we booked our flights, we had no idea that accommodation in Cabella needed to be booked way in advance – preferably a year ahead. Luckily, a cancellation came to our rescue. We spent one week in “downtown” Cabella, followed by two days in a beautiful B&B up in the mountains. And yes, Cabella is much bigger than you might think! Then we were back in downtown Cabella for a few more days before we finally moved all the way to Albera, where we stayed for the rest of our trip.

REALIZE TOUR 2026
Stop in Cologne

What happens behind the scenes when a European tour comes to town?
The Cologne collective found out firsthand, turning weeks of multilingual WhatsApp messages, translations, permissions, posters, food, logistics and a few unexpected challenges into a truly memorable tour stop.
From a surprisingly international group of visiting yogis to a spontaneous musical collaboration involving seven nations, the Cologne story is full of humour, teamwork, improvisation and, above all, the joy of allowing things to come together in their own way.

COMMUNITY MOMENTS

Self-Realization Event – Mel Lastman Square

By Shri Mataji’s Grace, the Toronto Collective had the beautiful opportunity to give Self-Realization at “Toronto Cha Raja,” a vibrant two-day community festival dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the deity of new beginnings, wisdom, and the remover of obstacles. The event was held at Mel Lastman Square on September 20th and 21st.
The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant, especially after an hour-long dhol performance that seemed to completely open our Anahad Chakra! Many keen seekers came by and effortlessly experienced their Self-realization amidst the beautiful presence of the enlightened Ganesha Tatwa in the air.
One particularly beautiful moment was meeting a seeker who shared that he had made a personal vow to connect with his Spirit and dive deeper into his spiritual journey. When invited to experience Self-realization, he did not hesitate at all. It was truly wonderful to witness his openness and sincere desire to connect within.
The vibrations throughout the event were extremely soothing and light, and we didn’t experience the heaviness that one might normally expect at such a busy public event. All the yogis also got to enjoy some yummy Indian street food, though not the healthiest options, but they seemed to satisfy our Nabhis quite well!
Shri Ganesha blessed us in yet another beautiful way by appearing in the clouds above us. And, almost magically, we were given the opportunity to come together and sing a bhajan. We ended the event by offering “Ganesha Ganesha” at our Holy Mother’s Lotus Feet. Our budding young singer, Ishaan, beautifully led the bhajan, received so much praise, and made us all incredibly proud!
It was truly a beautiful and joyful experience, filled with vibrant vibrations, seekers, music, and Shri Ganesha’s blessings.

SAHAJA EXPERIENCES
A New Seeker’s First Experience

A new seeker who attended the Milton, Ontario class for the very first time had been seeking for a while. She had registered for various meditation and yoga classes, but unfortunately, she never heard back from them. Finally, she saw an advertisement for Sahaja Yoga Classes on Facebook and decided to give it a try.
Here is her experience after receiving her Self-realization:
“Today, after getting my Self-realization, I feel so relaxed, and it feels like there is a cushion behind my back. It’s the first time I realized that what Moses experienced with the staff wasn’t magic, but a confirmation that we all have a similar power within us.”
She returned to class the following week and had an even deeper experience.
May Shri Adi Shakti bring all the true seekers onto this righteous journey!
