Shri Mataji, thank You for the opportunity to come under Your lotus feet to present issue number 2 of Sahaja Yoga Canada Newsletter. Through Your words of wisdom, You have established our Sahasrara and opened us to the truth. From the land of Canada, with deep love and gratitude, we offer Issue 2 of this beautiful initiative at Your divine feet.

In this month’s offering, we dedicate this issue to You and Your children, the beautiful fruits of the seeds You have planted in the soil of wisdom, love, and forgiveness. Today, we witness these blossoms of awareness growing under Your divine generosity, nourished by Your compassion and guidance.

As a small group of Your children at the Sahaja Yoga Newsletter of Canada, we feel that across the world, human beings are seeking peace more than ever, with a deep thirst for truth and wisdom. Amid the challenges and tests humanity faces and the negligence within humankind, we aim to echo Your Divine voice, which resonates through the universe and calls humanity to the next level of evolution. A voice that, through the Sahasrara, guides hearts and shares the Sahaj projects taking place in this time.

Shri Mataji, by Your protection, we, the team of Newsletter Canada, invite the Canadian sangha and Sahajis around the world to be courageous like Durga, to act bravely upon the messages You plant in our hearts as Your projects, and to spread the blossoming of Sahaj projects more and more across the world. The message of this issue is that together we plant projects of wisdom, rooted in integration, and express them through the world’s Sahasrara with the fragrance of love, unity, and peace.

May we be protected, grow in our realization each day, and spread this light across the world.

Thank You, Divine Mother, for this eternal blessing!

Beautiful prayer written by Hasti Torabzadeh

REALIZA BRASIL TOUR 2026

The Realiza Brasil Tour 2026 was organized to share the joy and peace of Self-realization with Brazilian seekers and to introduce our Divine Mother.

Brazil is a vast country, and three routes were designed to cover 24 cities across 14 states, converging in Brasília on February 14th for the Shivaratri Puja seminar.

Sharing highlights from the Central Route, travelled January 21 to February 14, 2026.

About thirty yogis from eight countries of all ages gathered in Vitória to begin the journey.

In each city, the tour included two public programs: one indoors in a theatre or hall, and one outdoors in a public park.

Program in a Theatre

While many Brazilians spoke little English, and most of us did not speak Portuguese, these exchanges were still essential.

There was always a way to communicate what truly mattered. With ten yogi artists from eight countries, it took very little time to harmonize and develop the music programs

Music was at the heart of every program. Seekers were invited to meet the yogis afterward to deepen their experience, and evenings often unfolded spontaneously into music and dance.

Congratulations to Musicians and Dancers

Living and working together for over 21 days, we learned to know, respect, and support one another as we collaborated on many tasks.

The experience will stay with us as a shared journey of the heart and a truly remarkable human expedition.

BOOK BY MARK MAYS

Tell the World: An American Yogi's Unlikely Path To Self-Realization

FROM THE AUTHOR, MARK MAYS

A year after receiving my Self-realization, I gave Shri Mataji a flower and a heartfelt Thank You, as the first year of Sahaja Yoga was full of incredible experiences that are difficult to describe (and yet I tried anyway).

After thanking Her, She looked at me as if She knew what I had experienced and said, “Be sure and tell the world about it.”  I said that I would. That was 32 years ago, and I’ve finally taken the stories I've written down over the years and compiled them into a short book titled: “Tell the World: An American Yogi’s Unlikely Path To Self-Realization.”

You can find the book online at www.Lulu.com

The book and ebook are minimally priced, in order to cover the most expensive country’s distribution and production costs. Please feel free to contact me if you would prefer a free PDF copy.

FROM THE COLLECTIVE

A wonderful book that just got released, charming, humorous, and full of many, many memorable divine experiences. I have been so fortunate to see the whole process, from the author composing the title and table of contents, to the content flowing through him from the divine source, and to witness the speed with which he completed the entire project.

This amazing book will definitely leave you wanting more.

A JOYFUL BROTHERS’ SEMINAR BRAMPTON CENTRE

The Brothers’ Seminar was held in Brampton on March 1st. It was a beautiful collective gathering bringing together brothers from across Ontario, and a few of them joined all the way from Buffalo.

We began with a foot soak, followed by a collective meditation and various treatments to strengthen our attention. Everyone settled into a blissful meditative state, and most found the lime treatment refreshing.

We held a workshop in teams of four to strengthen our connections, allowing all the brothers to openly share their experiences, challenges, and personal growth with comfort.

This was followed by a delicious potluck lunch.

We had an incredible game session filled with fun and laughter. Brothers ranging in age from 10 to 70 participated enthusiastically in all the activities. It was a fantastic day that left us with a strong sense of contentment.

This small yet meaningful gathering strengthened our sense of unity and filled us with collective joy. We're already looking forward to the next Brother’s Seminar!
