Through meditation we can bring ourselves into a state of balance where we can easily overcome lethargy. In Sahaja Yoga this is done by balancing the left channel. There are three channels within us; the right, the left and the center. We are in balance when the central channel is the strongest.


There are specific postures that we use while we meditate which takes our thoughts away from the past which is also associated with the left channel.
